Regulated transfer
Regulated transfer is a transfer order or cash payment made by a customer of a Polish bank onto the beneficiary's account with another bank in the European Union and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, or a transfer executed to the benefit of a customer of a Polish bank, if the originator completed the said transfer from any of the above countries, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Transaction currency is EUR
- Transaction amount is lower or equal to 50 000.00 EUR
- The transfer order contains the correct beneficiary account number in IBAN standard, preceded by the code of the country in which it is maintained and valid bank BIC (BIC code), which is equivalent to the SWIFT address of the bank (Swift code) by which the transfer is to be received;
- Cost option for the payment is indicated as "SHA"
SEPA Transfer
SEPA transfer is a transfer carried out by banks operating in the territory of the European Union plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland that have signed an agreement to join the SEPA, and meeting the following conditions:
- Transaction currency is EUR
- The transfer order contains the correct beneficiary account number in IBAN standard, preceded by the code of the country in which it is maintained and valid bank BIC (BIC code), which is equivalent to the SWIFT address of the bank (Swift code) by which the transfer is to be received;
- Cost option for the payment is indicated as "SHA"
- The transfer does not contain any other payment instructions,
- Bank of the transfer originator and bank of the beneficiary belong to the SEPA Credit Transfer SCT
Payment order
A payment order directed to or received from another national or foreign bank, instructing a cash payment or transfer of a given amount made to the benefit of a given recipient (beneficiary).
Payment orders are completed through the international banking system SWIFT.
Types of payment orders:
- Received, in favour of Polish beneficiaries, from national and foreign banks
- Sent, to the benefit of both national and foreign beneficiaries, upon order of the Bank Customers
Payment order urgency level:
- Standard with currency date "spot"
- Urgent with currency date "tomorrow"
- Express with currency date "today"
Completion of the payment order in the above urgency levels requires the Customer's order be submitted to the Bank by a certain time.

SWIFT code
SWIFT Code is a world-wide code designed to identify the financial and credit institutions. The Polish name SWIFT has its international equivalent - BIC.
SWIFT codes usually consist of eight characters and contain numbers and figures. Every bank in the world has its own individual and unique SWIFT code which is its identifier for interbank operations.

In order to perform a transfer to a PBSBank account, please enter the information indicated in the payment instruction onto the form (download PDF file):
- Bank account - 28 digit account number in the IBAN format (including country code "PL")
- Correct data (name and surname or company name) of the transfer recipient. This is extremely important, as some foreign banks suspend the transfer if the information entered is at variance with the account Holder data,
- Full address of the transfer recipient (beneficiary)
- International BIC code-SWIFT code identifying the bank of the transfer recipient,
- Name and address of the bank of the transfer beneficiary.
